We accept USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) only. If you already hold USDT, skip to step 2. If not: install an exchange app (Binance, OKX, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken), buy USDT with a card or bank transfer, then withdraw it to your own wallet — Trust Wallet, MetaMask, OKX Web3, and so on.

Withdraw to your own wallet first. Make sure the withdrawal network you choose is TRON (TRC20) and not Ethereum (ERC20) — the two are not interchangeable.

Sharing or leaking the paid course ends your access — with no refund. If the paid material you receive is shared, re-uploaded, resold, reposted, or otherwise made available to anyone outside your own account — whether by you or from your account — then: your access is terminated immediately, no refund is issued, and Lucid Insight LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and damages, including under copyright and computer-misuse law. Every course video stream carries a personalised watermark that identifies the account it was delivered to.

Summary of the agreement you are about to accept

Educational only. Everything we publish is educational. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing here accounts for your personal situation. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; you can lose more than your initial capital. Only risk capital should be used, and past performance does not indicate future results.

What you are buying. A one-time payment of $600 for a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course material in our members area. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Access is opened after we verify your transfer, normally within 12 hours of receiving your e-mail and transaction hash.

Your refund window depends on your region. In the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom you have 14 calendar days from purchase. In the United States, Canada, and Australia you have 7 calendar days, as you do in every other region. These windows are conditional: you must not have accessed, watched, or completed more than 20% of the course modules or lessons. Once more than 20% is accessed, the material is deemed delivered and no refund is granted. Eligibility follows your country of residence, not the option you select at checkout, and providing false information about your region forfeits any refund claim. Refunds are returned in the same stablecoin and on the same network, and network fees may be deducted.

Licence and anti-piracy — leaking the paid course has consequences. Your account is for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not share, download, record, re-upload, resell, repost, or otherwise make the paid material available to anyone outside your own account. If paid material is leaked or distributed — by you or from your account — then your access is terminated immediately, no refund is issued, and Lucid Insight LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and damages, including under copyright and computer-misuse law. Course video streams carry a personalised watermark that identifies the account they were delivered to.

On-chain payments are final. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by us. Send only the asset and network stated above, to the address shown. We are not liable for funds sent in a different asset or to a different network.

Support. E-mail support for questions about the course material is included. Support does not include live trade signals, recommendations, or account management.

Liability and disputes. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages, and you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your trading. Disputes are settled by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Wyoming, USA; you waive trial by jury and any class or representative action.

Privacy. We collect the e-mail address, transaction hash, wallet address, and region you submit here, plus standard technical log data, in order to verify payment, open your access, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not store card details, because we do not process card payments.

USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), and nothing else. TRON is the cheapest and most widely used network for USDT, so network fees are usually only a dollar or two. Do not send USDT on Ethereum (ERC20) or on any other network — it will not reach us and cannot be recovered.

Contact us immediately with the transaction hash. We will do everything we can, but funds sent in a different asset or on an unsupported network usually cannot be retrieved — that is a limitation of how blockchains work, not a choice on our side. When in doubt, ask first.

Not with us. We only need the e-mail address that will hold your membership. Your exchange may ask for identification when you buy the USDT — that is between you and them.

Not at the moment. A stablecoin keeps the price fixed at $600 for both sides — with BTC or ETH the amount you send and the amount we receive can differ by the time the transfer confirms.
