Terms of Service, Disclaimer & User Agreement
Please read this document carefully before purchasing or using any products, services, courses, or content provided by Lucid Insight LLC — including but not limited to this website (lucidtradingcourse.com), the position size calculator, course materials, video lessons, the members area, and any communications from us. By accessing or using our websites, purchasing a course, or using our tools, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
1. Refund Policy (region-specific)
Because our content is digital, intellectual, and instantly accessible, refunds are limited and conditional. Your refund rights depend on the region you select at checkout, so that we follow the consumer law that applies to you.

Refund eligibility follows your country of residence, not the region you select at checkout. Providing false or misleading information about your region forfeits any refund claim. Requests must be submitted in writing through our website contact form or by e-mail within the window that applies to you. Where you have asked for immediate access to digital content and we have begun delivery with your consent, you acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may be waived to the extent permitted by the law of your region.
Refunds are returned in the same stablecoin and on the same network that you used to pay, to the wallet address you provide. Blockchain network fees, and any third-party transaction or processing fees, may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by law.
No refund where the material has been leaked. If the paid material you received is shared, re-uploaded, resold, reposted, framed, or otherwise made available to anyone outside your own account — whether by you or from your account — then regardless of the region you bought from: any right to a refund is forfeited, your licence and account access are terminated immediately, and Lucid Insight LLC reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies and damages, including under copyright and computer-misuse law. Course video streams carry a personalised watermark identifying the account they were delivered to.
2. General Market Disclaimers & Regulatory Notices
Risk Disclosure
Trading financial markets (including forex, futures, stocks, and cryptocurrencies) contains substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
An investor could potentially lose all or more than their initial capital. Risk capital is defined as money that can be lost without jeopardising an individual's financial security, basic needs, or lifestyle. Only risk capital should be used for trading, and only individuals with sufficient risk capital should consider participating in the financial markets.

Opinions expressed are those of the author or presenter alone. Hypothetical Performance Disclosure
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.
One limitation of hypothetical results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. No professional financial advice. Neither Lucid Insight LLC nor its instructors, owners, or employees are registered investment advisers (RIA), commodity trading advisors (CTA), or broker-dealers. We do not provide personalised financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
General comment only. Content provided across our platforms consists of general observations, market structure analysis, and educational concepts. It does not account for your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.
Independent research. You should not rely solely on information provided by Lucid Insight LLC. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence, verifying market data, and exercising independent judgement before placing any real-money trades. We strongly encourage you to consult a licensed independent financial adviser before risking capital.
4. Course Licensing, Intellectual Property & Access Terms
Course access licence. When you purchase a course from Lucid Insight LLC, you are buying a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the materials through our authorised online platform. You do not own the course content. All videos, audio, text, diagrams, trading tools, and graphics remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lucid Insight LLC.
Usage restrictions and anti-piracy policy.
- No sharing. Account credentials, video streams, and proprietary materials are strictly for your individual use. Sharing your account access, login information, or course links with third parties is prohibited.
- No downloading or copying. You may not download, screen-record, re-upload, frame, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or license any course video or material without prior written consent from Lucid Insight LLC.
- Immediate termination. Any violation of our intellectual property or account-sharing policies results in immediate termination of your licence and account access without prior notice and with no refund. Lucid Insight LLC reserves all legal rights to pursue damages for unauthorised distribution. Course video streams may carry a personalised watermark identifying the account they were delivered to.
How long your access lasts. Your purchase includes access for the operational lifespan of the course platform, and we guarantee a minimum of five (5) years of access from your purchase date at no additional charge. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. If we ever need to discontinue or migrate the platform, we will give you at least twelve (12) months' written notice by e-mail and provide a reasonable way to keep your access or your material — for example, a migration to a successor platform, or a download window.
Fair use of streaming. Your licence covers personal study of the material. Automated or bulk downloading, scraping, re-streaming, or feeding the course video into any automated system is prohibited. Video delivery is metered, and abnormal usage patterns may be rate-limited so that a single account cannot degrade the platform for everyone else.
5. Payments
Courses are sold as a one-time payment. The price shown on the payment page is the total price; there is no subscription and no recurring charge unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
Payment is accepted in stablecoin (currently USDT on the TRON network, TRC20) to the address published on our payment page. You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network, and for any network fees charged by your wallet or exchange. Payments sent in a different asset or on a different network may be irrecoverable; we are not liable for funds sent to an unsupported asset or network.
Access to the members area is opened after we verify your transfer, normally within 12 hours of receiving your e-mail address and transaction hash. Where your region requires it, prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes; you are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
No technical guarantees. Lucid Insight LLC is not liable for technical glitches, server downtime, internet disruptions, software bugs, or third-party platform failures that may affect access to our services or tools.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucid Insight LLC, its owners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — our educational materials, calculators, members area, or third-party links.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucid Insight LLC, its founders, officers, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal fees arising from your breach of this agreement or from your application of any concepts learned from our materials in live financial markets.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or your use of Lucid Insight LLC products or services, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Wyoming, USA, or in another jurisdiction mutually agreed upon in writing.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You explicitly waive any right to a trial by jury.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the region you buy from — including any statutory right of withdrawal, any right to a remedy where a service is not delivered as described, and any right to bring a claim before your local courts. Where a provision of this agreement conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the remainder of this agreement stays in force.
9. Privacy
How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. Risk-specific disclosures are set out separately in our Risk Disclosure.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Acknowledgment
By purchasing, accessing, or using any material from Lucid Insight LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, disclaimers, and restrictions specified in this document.
